Deep Down gets new screenshot and update on public betaWritten by: / / 4 Comments
Earlier this month Capcom released a new trailer for its upcoming free-to-play dungeon crawler Deep Down and revealed that the game will enter a public beta test phase in Japan at the end of June. Deep Down’s producer Kazunori Sugiura has now provided an update on the beta via Twitter, stating that details on the public beta test are now only likely to come in July. Sugiura explained the reason behind the delay:
“There’s no excuse, as everyone was looking forward to the information. Rather than development circumstances, we’re discussing with the higher ups the policies for the beta test.”
To apologise for the beta not releasing in June, Sugiura posted a new screenshot showcasing a dungeon in the game themed on the emotion ‘Anger’. Take a look below:
Deep Down will be released sometime later this year exclusively for PS4. Head over here to browse through El33tonline’s previous coverage of this intriguing free-to-play title utilising Capcom’s new Panta Rhei engine.
