As promised, Kojima Productions has aired thirty minutes of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain gameplay footage from the same demo that was shown behind closed doors at E3. The footage shows Big Boss infiltrating a desert environment and then exploring Mother Base which is fully customisable and houses the soldiers, animals and vehicles you acquire on the battlefield via the Fulton recovery system.
Here’s the video that was broadcast on the Kojima Station earlier today (note that the gameplay footage starts at around the 54-minute mark):
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is expected to touch down sometime next year on PS4, PS3, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Head over here for El33tonline’s previous coverage of Metal Gear Solid V.
