Report: From Software’s Bloodborne will be out by March 2015Written by: / / 8 Comments
Last week’s E3 2014 event brought with it our first official news on From Software’s next action adventure game, Bloodborne, along with a few details, screenshots and even a leaked gameplay trailer – it wouldn’t be a highly anticipated videogame without one.
According to information sighted by consumer site Videogamer.com, the PlayStation 4-exclusive Bloodborne will be out before the end of March 2015. Or so says what the team calls “Sony’s official E3 brochure.” We already knew the game would miss 2014, so we might be able to look forward to its release between January and March next year.
This makes sense from a business standpoint. March is the last month in the financial quarter which is a time for boosting revenue to make outlook appear healthier for investors, and with two sets of investors to please (collaborator Sony Computer Entertainment and From Software’s new owners, Kadokawa), March 2015 seems like a good month to be out.
That being said, industry brochures like the one Videogamer is referencing is often filled with placeholder dates and even very general facts about the games they’re describing, so we’re still going to take this one with a pinch of salt.
Looking forward to Bloodborne next year?
