GTA V looks a whole lot better on PS4, and here’s a video to prove itWritten by: / / 5 Comments
The announcement of Grand Theft Auto V for PlayStation 4 (and subsequently Xbox One and PC) over the week of E3 2014 didn’t come as much of a surprise – the previously PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 exclusive game had been rumoured and reported to make the jump to new gen consoles for months.
But what will this jump to newer machines mean for GTA V? How much better will the game look on more capable hardware and will these improvements make their way into gameplay, too?
Eurogamer’s Digital Foundry has broken the GTA V announcement trailer down (comprising PlayStation 4 footage) and compared it to footage taken from the PS3 version of the game. How do they compare?
PS4, Xbox One and PC owners are in for a real treat later this year:

In addition, if you’ve spent a significant amount of time in GTA Online, you’ll be able to transfer your progress from the PS3 or Xbox 360 edition to the PS4. This functionality hasn’t been announced for PC or Xbox One just yet, which might give consumers a better reason to pick the game up on Sony’s latest console.
Will you be playing GTA V for the first time on new gen consoles (or a PC) this year, or are you looking forward to playing it all over again?
