Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley announced for 3DS with charming featuresWritten by: / / No Comments
The next entry to the long-running, cult classic Harvest Moon series has been announced, giving fans a new chance to grow crops and marry your pick of the town in this fascinating farming-RPG series.
Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley will be out on 3DS later this year, and developer Natsume says that the game will ‘evolve the franchise.’
President and CEO of Natsume, Hiro Maekawa said of the game:
“Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley is truly evolving the franchise. Hardcore fans will love it, players who haven’t played a Harvest Moon game in a while will want to try it out, and new players will be introduced to the unique and charming world that is Harvest Moon.”
“But the incredibly exciting thing that really elevates the game is that while it does get back to what everyone loves about the early games, it also innovates in a way that no Harvest Moon game ever has.”
For the first time, writes Natsume, players will be able to experience the franchise in a three-dimensional setting, with a fully customisable world letting players create a field full of tulips “like you might see in Holland,” to a valley filled with water “like Venice.”
“You’ve never played a Harvest Moon game quite like this!”
So charming, Natsume.
