El33t’s Pre-W33kend Post: Celebrating Mothers and one big Birthday

Written by: / / 7 Comments

It’s a big weekend for celebrations, it seems, because not only will we be recognising the Mothers of the world this Sunday, but El33tonline’s own Tom will be celebrating his Birthday, too – be sure to drop him a line and wish him soon!

But before you do (you have plenty of time to think of a special message for Sunday), let’s take a look at what members of El33tonline have planned for the weekend…

“This weekend I’ll be visiting my grandmother in Maritzburg and spending some time with the family for my thirtieth. I don’t have too many games to play at the moment so I think I’ll chip away at Injustice: Gods Among Us’ battle mode and may even dust off my PS3 to play Puppeteer.

There aren’t many movies I’m interested in watching at present so I think I’ll stick to documentaries – I’m busy watching an interesting one called Is the Man Who Is Tall Happy? from Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind director/writer Michel Gondry.

Have a great one p33ps!”

“This is a fairly relaxed weekend for me. Tonight I will be with my boys and I will definitely be trying to get some BF4 in. Tomorrow I have the future super heroes for the whole day so there shall be gaming (Brave, Lego Movie and Skylanders). There will also be riding time and maybe, weather dependent, beach time.

Sunday is Mom’s Day so I shall be spoiling my mom just a little. Then its relaxation central for the rest of the day.

Hope everyone has a good one.”

“Wow, the first full w33k of May is over and done with. So happy it is w33kend time again.

Let’s see, what do I have planned for the w33kend? Mmmm. There will be lots of gaming: Battlefield 4, Halo 4, Halo 2, Halo Spartan Assault, Blazin’ Aces and some Bizarre Adventure with someone names JoJo. I might even attempt to complete Rain on my PS3 this weekend.

There will also be some F1 watching, but it will have to be recorded as it is Mothers Day this Sunday. So I just want to say Happy Mothers day to all the mothers in the world.

And before I forget, there will also be some training and running this weekend to prepare myself for the Jump City Challenge in less than 2 months time.

Have a peaceful w33kend every one and stay safe. Don’t let the Decepticons win.”

“End of the short weeks until June … I’ll make the most of this weekend until it’s back to a full working week after five weeks in a row with a day off.

I’ll be doing some meetings (church stuff so not hectic sorts of meetings), then rugby, then absolutely Lego: The Hobbit (hopefully with my wife … happy Mother’s Day, honey).

That is, of course, all dependant on the well-being of my kids who seem to have yet again contracted some illnesses. It’s like a never-ending cycle with them…”

“Durban has been delivering beautiful sunny Winter weekends of late, so I’m hoping for another two days of soaking up some rays and inhaling some fresh air. That leaves the eventimes free for more Garden Warfare between the Plants and Zombies and then time to kick off a new adventure in Child of Light while I wait for Mario Kart 8 to be released.

Have a wonderful weekend peeps, happy gaming!”
