With the announcement that the reveal of this year’s Call of Duty will be made this Sunday, May 4th, Game Informer magazine has released the world’s first full-size look at the game with a debut Call of Duty 2014 screenshot – much better than the previously released image.

Currently in the works at Sledgehammer Games as part of a three-year rotation between series stewards Infinity Ward and Treyarch, Call of Duty 2014 development is being led on new generation consoles, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Judging by that screenshot above, Sledgehammer Games’ work is paying off.
The Call of Duty 2014 screenshot comes as part of Game Informer’s upcoming cover story which the magazine is going so far as to release three days ahead of schedule to coincide with the game’s announcement – get more details on that over here.
