New PS Vita firmware update 3.15 released, Remote Play improvements detailedWritten by: / / No Comments
Sony has released a new PS Vita firmware update to accompany the PS4 system update that went live earlier today.
System software 3.15 introduces a couple of improvements to the PS Vita’s Remote Play functionality, including Automatic Device Registration that automatically detects and pairs your PS Vita and PS4 when both consoles are online and the same user is signed in on both devices.
Another new feature is the ability to change “display touch feedback” settings during Remote Play. Using this setting you can turn off the UI elements that display when you press the PS Vita’s rear touch pad or its touchscreen.
Have you tried pairing up your PS4 and PS Vita using Automatic Device Registration yet? Was the process as simple as Sony is suggesting? Let us know in the comments.
