After weeks of uncertainty as to when exactly Dark Souls II would be releasing on PC, Namco Bandai has revealed that April 25th is the date when the game will be out on Steam and via other channels. According to the publisher, PC fans will benefit from increased texture resolution and an enhanced frame rate along with a “perfectly adapted” mouse and keyboard control scheme.
PC players can now pre-order the Dark Souls II Black Armour Edition while supplies last. Just like the console version, this bundle includes an exclusive metal case, original game soundtrack and early access to the Black Armour weapon set. Meanwhile, Steam pre-orders include the digital soundtrack and early access to the Black Armour weapon set, along with the official Dark Souls II artbook and digital comic book.
