Murdered: Soul Suspect gets a solid June release date with a price drop on PS3, Xbox 360 and PCWritten by: / / 6 Comments
Square Enix recently narrowed down the release window for Murdered: Soul Suspect to ‘June’ (which was a good excuse to take another look at the murder mystery puzzle game with a new trailer and screenshots), but the publisher has more recently announced that we’ll be able to find out exactly what the game is starting in early June.
Releasing on June 3rd in North America and June 6th in Europe, the UK and related regions, Square Enix calls Murdered: Soul Suspect a “supernatural detective thriller,” which goes some way to identifying what we’re up for in the game, but you would do well to read over El33tonline’s preview to find out about the puzzles and action we can expect to see in this unique-sounding adventure game.
Square Enix has additionally announced that the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of Murdered: Soul Suspect will be available for $49.99 in North America – $10 less than regular new releases – while the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One editions will be priced at the normal $59.99. A pre-order incentive has also been revealed, at least for North American retailers, which will net you “an interactive digital strategy map,” which can be viewed on a PC or tablet device to find secrets, special items, quest givers and collectibles.
