MGS V: Ground Zeroes price cut confirmed for South AfricaWritten by: / / 11 Comments
Konami confirmed yesterday that the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes would receive a price cut ahead of launch, reducing the retail price down to $29.99 in the US and £29.99 in the UK each to bring the price in line with the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the open-world stealth action game.
Today, South African videogame distributor Ster Kinekor Entertainment has confirmed that the game will be available for R399.00 in the country on PlayStation 4 at launch.
Ster Kinekor says that this adjusted price matches the digital price of the game, as well as the retail pricing for the physical editions of the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 editions. Digital versions of the game on the older consoles will also be R399.00.
Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes will be released for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on March 18th in North America and March 20th in European territories.
