Amazon lists Dark Souls II PC release dateWritten by: / / No Comments
Dark Souls II’s publisher Namco Bandai has been fairly vague regarding the game’s release date on PC, saying only that it would be released after the console version. Now online retailer Amazon has listed the digital PC version as releasing on May 31st at precisely 12am Pacific Time – roughly two and a half months after the game lands on PS3 and Xbox 360.
The PC version Amazon is listing is the Steam release so if a pre-order for Dark Souls II doesn’t pop up on Valve’s online distribution service shortly then this date may just be a placeholder.
Dark Souls II will be released on March 11th in the US and March 14th in European territories for PS3 and Xbox 360, with a PC version arriving at a later date. Head over here for El33tonline’s previous coverage of the latest entry in this hugely influential series.
