Following on from the first developer diary released for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 which explored the game’s central character Dracula, Konami has unveiled a new video looking at its modern setting inspired by European cities such as Madrid and Cologne where the old and the new form an appealing backdrop.
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 will feature a seamless world with no loading times which gradually expands over the course of your adventure, and later in the game you’ll be able to warp between significant areas. One of the game’s interesting juxtapositions is Dracula’s traditional weaponry versus enemies and bosses which are decked out with more contemporary armour and weapons.

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 will be released for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 on February 25th in North America and February 28th in European territories.
