Despite Sony’s headquarters being based in Japan, the company decided to delay the Japanese launch of the PlayStation 4 to February in order to give local developers more time to craft the type of experiences that Japanese consumers crave.
Sony Japan recently released the console’s first TV spot homing in on the well attended PS4 launch events in major cities such as New York and Paris. Take a look below:
The PS4 will launch on February 22nd in Japan accompanied by a few native titles such as Yakuza: Restoration and Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends.
