Review aggregator Metacritic has compiled a list of all the games to achieve a Metascore of 90 or above during 2013. Leading the pack is Rockstar North’s ambitious open-world title Grand Theft Auto V which managed to achieve a Metascore of 97 on both PS3 and Xbox 360, making it the eighth-highest scoring game of all time and the highest-scoring release since 2010.

Interestingly, the Xbox One and PS Vita were the only current console platforms which failed to produce a game with a Metascore of 90 or higher during 2013.
