PlayStation 4 firmware update 1.52 out now to improve stability

The Xbox One isn’t the only new generation system to get a fresh firmware update today, because Sony has begun rolling out an update for the PlayStation 4, too.

Version 1.52 of the firmware will, according to Sony, once again improve system software stability while the update itself weighs in at 323 MB.

Sony suggests that to avoid waiting for firmware update downloads to complete in the future, you should enable ‘auto downloads’ on the PS4 and leave the machine in standby mode to automatically grab updates as they’re made available.

What do you hope the engineers at Sony will fix and improve on the PS4 in the future? We’ve received word that MP3 playback and DLNA support will be addressed in future updates, but what else have you found to be problematic while using the console?
