Halo: Spartan Assault on Xbox 360 delayed into 2014, dated for December on Xbox OneWritten by: / / 3 Comments
Originally announced for Xbox One and Xbox 360 with an overall ‘December’ release date attached to it, Halo: Spartan Assault will now only see the light of day on Xbox 360 in 2014, while the Xbox One version of the top-down shooter will become available on December 24th for a price of $14.99 as a digital download.
Halo: Spartan Assault was first released on PC and Windows phone, but the home console version of the game will include new features including co-operative online play, the Operation Hydra expansion pack and over 30 missions. If you happen to have already bought the game on PC or mobile before December 15th, you’ll be able to pick up the Xbox One version for just $4.99.
Xbox Wire recently ran an interview with the game’s executive producer from 343 Industries, Dan Ayoub, so if you’re interested in hearing about the work that went into the console edition of Halo: Spartan Assault you should read that over here.
