Battlefield 4 has only just launched today in North America on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, but the war for dominance on the next generation has already been waged using EA and DICE’s latest shooter as a… well, a battlefield.
Not only have the tech masters at Digital Foundry released a comparison video that places the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of Battlefield 4 side-by-side, but IGN has also released a video of its own to see if there are any major differences between either version running on next-gen consoles.
Cheekily, President of Worldwide Studios at Sony Computer Entertainment, Shuhei Yoshida, tweeted a link to IGN’s comparison video, as well as Eurogamer’s Digital Foundry video, which clearly reveal his thoughts on the matter – would he have let everyone know about the videos if he didn’t think the Battlefield 4 looked better on PS4 than Xbox One?
