Namco Bandai has announced that the next Dark Souls II beta session will be held on Sunday, October 27th and is being coordinated to run at the same time globally.

The beta test kicks off exclusively on the PlayStation Network at 7am GMT on October 27th and concludes at 10am. Beta testers who took part in the last beta session held on October 12th will automatically qualify for this next round of testing, and 30 000 new players will be allowed to download the client on a first-come, first served basis. Beta invites will be sent out to PSN users and also posted on the Dark Souls II Facebook page at some point prior to the next test session.

Dark Souls II will be released on March 11th in the US and March 14th in European territories for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. Head over here for El33tonline’s previous coverage of the latest entry in this influential series.
