Dark Souls II dated, Collector’s Edition and TGS trailer unveiledWritten by: / / 7 Comments
Earlier today Namco Bandai released a slew of new Dark Souls II details and media during the Tokyo Game Show. The game will be released for Xbox 360 and PS3 on March 11th, 2014 in North America and on March 14th in European territories. The PC version will arrive “shortly after in 2014” which hopefully means sometime in March.
Pre-ordering the game will net you the Dark Souls II Black Armour Edition while supplies last. This edition features a metal case containing both the game disc and the official game soundtrack on a separate CD. Meanwhile, the Dark Souls II Collector’s Edition will feature the following items:
– A premium quality Warrior Knight figurine measuring 12 inches/30 cm in height and weighing nearly 16 ounces/450 grams
– An exclusive hardbound art-book filled with never-before-seen images
– A full-colour fabric map of the Dark Souls II game world that can only be had within the Collector’s Edition
– A metal game case from the Dark Souls II Black Armour Edition which will contain both the game disc and the official game soundtrack composed by famed Japanese composer Motoi Sakuraba
As if all this new information wasn’t enough, Namco Bandai also released the game’s TGS trailer along with 18 brand new screens. Take a look below:
