What does a dolphin in space have to do with Injustice: Gods Among Us? Ed Boon poses a mysteryWritten by: / / 5 Comments
The folks over at NetherRealms Studios must be having a great time because after launching Injustice: Gods Among Us to critical acclaim, releasing a slew of new playable characters and having the fighter featured at EVO 2013, the team is continuing to provide extra content for the game to beef up that roster by leaps and bounds.
The next (and fifth) DLC character was recently announced to be Martian Manhunter (giving DC fans exactly what they were begging for), and he’ll become available starting July 30th along with the John Stewart skin for Green Lantern.
But what else does NetherRealm have in the pipeline for Injustice?
Recently, creative director Ed Boon tweeted out a very mysterious image, writing:

What exactly does a space-faring dolphin have to do with Injustice? Surely it’s not the next DLC fighter? Maybe an added attack for Aquaman? Some kind of new challenge?
We’re clueless here – DC fans, help us out and solve this mystery!
