Killzone: Mercenary is one of the few AAA PS Vita titles scheduled for a 2013 release, and developer Guerrilla Cambridge recently invited players to sign up for the game’s closed multiplayer beta which presumably kicks off in the coming weeks.
Gamers in PAL territories can head over here to sign up for the beta, while US gamers can follow this link to express their interest in the Killzone: Mercenary beta. You have until 9pm GMT this Wednesday, July 17th to register.
It’s worth noting that people who got a beta code from the Sony’s virtual E3 booth in PlayStation Home will still need to sign up for this closed multiplayer beta if they want to get their hands on the game early. The codes acquired from PlayStation Home can only be redeemed from August 21st which suggests they will grant access to one of the final beta phases.
Killzone: Mercenary will be released on September 4th in PAL territories and September 10th in the US. Head over here for El33tonline’s previous coverage of Guerrilla Cambridge’s inaugural project.
