With the reveal of the new horror game, The Evil Within, I decided to make this week’s Guess the Game a little bit different, but before we get to that let’s see what the answers to my last challenge were:
- 1.) The Terminator: Future Shock (1995)
- 2.) Dungeon Keeper 2 (1999)
- 3.) The Dig (1995)
- 4.) Torchlight (2009)
- 5.) MDK (1997)
- Bonus:) Kung Fu Kid (1987)
Time for this week’s challenge, but with a twist. This will be to guess games based on the enemy that appears in that game. Bonus points if you can name the character:
This was the first first-person shooter that I played where you could look up and down and jump. It had some awesome weapons and some really tough enemies to defeat, and this was one of them.
Putting this game here is going to spark some memories in the gaming community. This is a very famous enemy, I think, and they can pop out of nowhere, or they can be used as a pet that can make you teleport somewhere strange.
These enemies weren’t hard to kill, the only issue was you ran out of ammo before you were able to kill them all. They came in all shapes and sizes, some even carried weapons that they were able to use.
In the start of this awesome game, you see yourself being stalked by one of these and when you were confronted with it, all you could do is run. I have recently found the enhanced edition of this game on the Android market place.
In the beginning of this year I played a horror game that freaked me out, but it freaked me out even more when I came across these. In numbers they are deadly, and if you don’t see him, he can do some damage.
The third game in the series has been released this year, and I think it is one of the best game series available. The storyline in this game is really deep and some versions of this enemy can give you a real challenge. Sometimes they helped you take down something more dangerous than themselves, though…
Do you know the game where these enemies come from? Good luck.
