What makes Injustice different on Wii U? GamePad-only play revealedWritten by: / / No Comments
Injustice: Gods Among Us is finally due out around the world next week on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii U, and days before launch NetherRealm Studios is still announcing final additions to the game’s huge character roster.
Last minute announcements for Injustice include reveals of how the Wii U version of the fighter will differ from its console counterparts.
According to Nintendo Life, the Wii U edition of Injustice: Gods Among Us will support Off-TV Play, allowing you to play the game entirely on the console’s touchscreen-based GamePad.
In addition to circumventing the need for playing Injustice on the TV and effectively turning the game into one of the best-looking handheld experiences yet, if you choose to play on the TV (like a norm), then you’ll be able to see the game’s move list on the GamePad for quick reference.
Injustice: Gods Among Us will also place an even greater emphasise on story than NetherRealm managed in Mortal Kombat – get an idea of what to expect in terms of narrative in one of the latest trailer for the game featuring Hal Jordan (aka Green Lantern):
