Independent Games Festival 2013 winners announced, FTL and Cart Life win big

15th Annual IGF Awards Banner

The 15th annual Independent Games Festival awards ceremony has come and gone, but not without recognising top achievements in the indie sector of game development!

The very prestigious Seumas McNally grand prize award went to the incredibly thought-provoking Cart Life, and the game also picked up the coveted (amongst ‘out there’ indie types) Nuovo Award. The visually astounding Kentucky Route Zero won Excellence in Visual Art, while the space combat sim FTL: Faster Than Light took both the Excellent in Design and Audience awards.
