2013 has seen the release of a number of amazing games, a lot of them with excellent multiplayer components to let us carry on enjoying the game past the credits and well into the future.
Games like Crysis 3, Tomb Raider and God of War: Ascension are just some of the games we’ve had fun with online, and we would love to play these games with everybody in our excellent community on a much more regular basis from now on.
Starting today and next week, we would like to invite everybody to share their online nicks/handles/Gamertags/PS IDs/Origin account names/whatever with us and others in the community, simply by leaving a comment below, and letting us know which games you’re most interested in playing more often.
With the release of Gears of War: Judgment next week, Gears of War Wednesday from 20:00 will be back, better and bigger than ever, and Battlefield 3’s End Game add-on will keep Battlefield Friday interest high, but what about these other games?
For Crysis 3, we’re looking at kicking off regular Tuesday play sessions from about 20:00 on both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, alongside our FIFA 13 evenings, while God of War: Ascension evenings could take place on a Wednesday evening from about the same time.
Tomb Raider multiplayer evenings we feel would make sense on a Thursday on both platforms, while Halo 4 is also still on the cards for fans of the game, which all leads to Battlefield Friday on… a Friday. With the release of SimCity recently, it would be fantastic to see if we can start a few regions together, too, but this doesn’t necessarily have to be limited to a single day of the week.
As we’re sure we’ll find some or other new and shiny multiplayer game to invest time in in the future, we’ll be actively running these evenings for a few weeks, but if they prove to be popular we’re always keen to continue to enjoy some online time with you all.
