Dead or Alive 5 Plus to receive online-enabled demo in JapanWritten by: / / No Comments
Demos are a great way for consumers to get an idea of how well a game runs and plays before making a more informed decision whether or not to purchase it. With PS3 and PS Vita being region-free systems it’s easy to get your hands on a demo even if hasn’t been released in your territory.
With this in mind, we’ll soon be able to download a demo for upcoming PS Vita title Dead or Alive 5 Plus which will support online play and allow players to transfer data from the sample into the full version.
So far the demo has only been confirmed for Japan via Famitsu, who reports that it will be released when the game launches there on March 20th.
Dead or Alive 5 Plus is an enhanced version of the PS3 game released last September. It will feature a revamped training mode which includes extra move details for serious players, as well as the option to fight from a first-person perspective using touch controls. The game will also support Cross-Play with the PS3 version along with Cross-Buy DLC.
Dead or Alive 5 Plus will be released on March 19th in the US and March 22nd in European territories. Head over here for El33tonline’s previous DoA5+ coverage which includes screenshots and trailers for this portable fighter.
