Weren’t we just talking about this?
To help extend your multiplayer adventures in the just-released Tomb Raider, Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix have today announced the game’s first downloadable content pack which will be a timed exclusive add-on for Xbox 360, adding a new mode and maps to the online portion of the game.
Called the ‘Caves and Cliffs Multiplayer Map Pack,’ Xbox 360 gamers will be the first to go hands-on with three new multiplayer maps, which can be played on any of Tomb Raider’s multiplayer modes, namely Rescue, Cry for Help, Team Deathmatch and Free for All.
The pack is out on March 19th on Xbox LIVE, and for 400 MS Points you’ll gain access to the following maps:
Scavenger Caverns
An extensive subterranean network of caves used by the island’s scavengers as an underground prison
Cliff Shantytown
This scavenger settlement was built high up on the island cliffs. Its many layers hide some of the deadliest traps on the island
The Burning Village
A raging fire has embraced an abandoned Japanese village, the burning buildings offer multiple ways to escape or engage your enemies
Have you played Tomb Raider yet? What do you think of the multiplayer portion of the game and can it do with some extra content?
