Warner Bros and Traveller’s Tales Games have teamed up to bring LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes to the Wii U. The game is scheduled to be available for Nintendo’s new console in Spring 2013.
LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes 2 was released in June 2012, and has since sold an impressive 3.4 million copies worldwide. El33tonline quickly became hooked on the game, finding the collection of LEGO blocks to be as addictive as always and the addition of the DC Comics Universe making it one of the best LEGO games to date.
The game will feature unique controls for the Wii U, as player use an enhanced city map and select characters making use of the GamePad controller’s touch screen. You’ll also be able to play the entire game on the GamePad or get a friend to jump in and use the TV without having to share a single screen.
LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes 2 sees players exploring a LEGO version of Gotham City as Batman. The Caped Crusader is not alone, however, and will need his powerful friends like Superman and Robin to defend the city against Joker, Lex Luthor, The Penguin and Harley Quinn. The game is currently available across multiple platforms, including the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii and Nintendo 3DS, and you can read all about it by flipping through our previous coverage.
