The waja might be off the scale in this latest trailer for Tomb Raider, as various people of different genetic make-ups relate their feelings of power and agency while playing as Lara Croft, but it still manages to be a powerful tribute to an iconic videogame character, reborn.

There’s not long to go now until the launch of Tomb Raider around the world next week, so if you intend picking the game up you might want to skip the video so as to avoid any potential in-game spoilers.
