Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault suffers another delay on PS Vita, free game being offered as compensationWritten by: / / No Comments
PS Vita owners who were looking forward to playing the handheld version of Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault (Ratchet & Clank: QForce in Europe) will have to wait a few more months for the game to be released, Sony has announced.
The game is being ported to the PS Vita by Tin Giant and the developer seems to be having a few issues getting it up and running on Sony’s portable platform. The PS Vita version of Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault was originally delayed to January 2013 and is now scheduled for a Spring release (March to June) in both the US and European territories.
Sony also revealed that people who bought the PS3 version of the game will not only get the PS Vita version for free when it is released (as originally advertised), but will also get a free game to compensate them for Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault’s lengthy delay on the handheld. US gamers will be able to download Ratchet & Clank: Deadlocked free of charge from the day that Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault is released, while European gamers will get MotorStorm RC for free.
