This week has been something of a crazy blur here at El33t Towers, and even if you asked us we would be hard-pressed to remember exactly what’s been keeping us all so busy over the last five days. We can remember some of the details, but… we’d rather not talk about that on the minute.

What we would like to talk about today is what members of El33tonline will be busy with over the next two days as we plan out our weekend activities, no doubt filled with games, relaxation and busyness with business:

“I fell asleep in front of my PS3 last night so I think that’s a sign that I must take it easy this weekend and catch up on some shut-eye. Beyond working on my Zone of the Enders HD Collection review, I’m going to head down to the beach on Sunday morning with my wife for a nice, long walk next to the ocean, and spend a bit more time tying up some loose ends in Ni no Kuni.

Have a great weekend p33ps!”

“I have nothing planned. After my week though I need some violent games to relieve tension. So:

  • Gears of War 2 and 3
  • Borderlands 2
  • Walking Dead ‒ Episode 1

I might even pull out my BF3 although most of the violence in that game is perpetrated against me. Prototype 2 is also pretty violent: Or maybe some online Fifa 13 ‒ I’ll challenge my mate Tom to a few rounds ‒ that can get violent. Or Fruit Ninja. Yeah! Exercise and mindless chopping.

Anyway : Have a good one everyone ‒ see you online.”

PS ‒ I need more Xbox friends. Especially to play multiplayer in Fifa and Gears of War ‒ who is interested?”

“This is going to be a busy weekend for me – I hope to attend a double birthday party tomorrow and jam some Guitar Hero (it’s been a long while) and other than that, spend some time relaxing with my kids and my wife and that’s about it!”

“I woke up sick this morning to an overcast and chilly Durban. I can look forward to a visit to the doctor to hopefully get some of the “good stuff” that will get me well just in time for work on Monday. So no jumping around in-front of the Kinect for me this weekend or swatting bugs with my Move controller or waving around a Wiimote.

It’s old school couch potato gaming for me with my awesome red chrome Xbox 360 wireless controller, a blanket and plenty of fluids.”

“Dead Space 3 has been occupying my time for the past few days, and I hope to continue this terrifying journey tonight. My sympathies go to Isaac Clarke, who always happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Luckily I’m there now to help him face the horrific Necromorphs that keep on emerging from air-ducts at the most inopportune times.

I’m also hoping the sun makes an appearance so that I can get some beach time in, and also snap some photos of Durban for my entry into the Nokia Lumia Capture your City competition. Wish me luck p33ps!

Have a great weekend everyone, and see you back here on El33t next week. As you know, we always have a few surprises lined up for you:”

“Activities both secret and entertaining are on the cards for me as I wrap up a soon-to-be-released game for review, dig down into some special features (they’re coming, I promise!), and mull over a few exciting ‘things’ in various states of progression.

Cryptic to be sure.

I hope you all have a good weekend of relaxation and gaming!”
