Yesterday award-winning Polish studio CD Projekt RED made RPG fans the world over crow with delight by revealing that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is in development for PC and “high-end” platforms.

Since then the developer has released a teaser trailer for The Witcher 3 while Game Informer has published a batch of early screenshots from this next-gen title.

If you haven’t played the previous two entries in The Witcher trilogy then be sure to take advantage of a short-lived promotion that is offering The Witcher: Enhanced Edition Director’s Cut and The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition for half their usual price on GOG.com and Steam. The price of The Witcher 2: Enhanced Edition on Xbox 360 has also been permanently reduced.
