Aksys Games bringing Muramasa: The Demon Blade PS Vita port to North America

If you’re a fan of artistically accomplished games inspired by Japanese mythology (such as Okami) then Vanillaware’s Muramasa: The Demon Blade is well worth playing on the Wii. This action RPG was released in 2009 and was widely praised for its beautiful 2D visuals and unique art style.

The good news for PS Vita owners is that Marvelous AQL is porting the game to Sony’s handheld and Aksys Games recently announced that it will be publishing it in North America under the title “Muramasa Rebirth”.

The game will be released on March 28th in Japan and hasn’t been dated for the US as yet. A PSN-only release is looking likely at this point.
