The PlayStation Store has played host to a flurry of excellent games from yesteryear of late, including the likes of Ninja Gaiden Sigma and Demon’s Souls. The latest classic to be available digitally will be Bayonetta when it strides onto the PS Store next week.
The game will cost $19.99/£11.99/€14.99 on PSN and will be available from Tuesday, January 29th in the US and a day later in European territories.
Bayonetta was released in January 2010 and will be remembered as the title that launched exceptional Japanese developer Platinum Games into the spotlight. Directed by Hideki Kamiya (Resident Evil 2, Devil May Cry, Okami), Bayonetta wowed gamers with its silky smooth animation, deep combo-orientated gameplay, and saucy leading lady.
A sequel is currently in development exclusively for the Wii U and will be published by Nintendo.
