This week’s eShop Update features a predominance of arcade action titles including dual-screen side-scroller Fractured Soul and NES classic Blaster Master for 3DS. There’s also a new Neo Geo title for the Wii’s Virtual Console and a ‘waterfall-climbing’ DSiWare title called Kung Fu Dragon.

Fractured Soul – £7.19 / €7.99

Kung Fu Dragon – £1.79 / €1.99
- Deep within a legendary forest, the Mystical Waterfall breathes out its spirit, inspiring those training for the final challenge. Now, three chosen warriors will face the honourable quest to become the next Kung Fu Dragon. Kung Fu Dragon is an action game in which the player climbs up an immense waterfall by performing a series of jumps. As a martial artist in training, you must face one of the most difficult tests of skill ever: waterfall climbing. You can increase your score by climbing higher up the waterfall and jumping between the various footholds that come falling down. However, watch out for the enemies that block your way – defeat them by jumping on them as you continue to climb as high as you can!

Ninja Master’s Haoh-Ninpo-Cho – 900 Nintendo Points
- First released in 1996, “Ninja Master’s” is set in the fictional land of Zipangu. Players can select from 10 different ninjas and warriors with which to test their might. The main feature of this game is the ability for each character to use a wide variety of weapons. Also, as each character’s Super Attacks change depending on whether they are armed or unarmed, the player needs to respond differently according to the situation. Damage increases with respect to the Super Power Gauge. There are also many must-see deadly techniques like Super Death Blow, Ultimate Super Mode, Dark Super Power and Dark Combo!
