Capcom has announced that the popular Bloody Palace mode will return in Devil May Cry. The new mode will be available as a free title update shortly after the game’s launch on January 15th.

Bloody Palace mode takes Dante and players through “a survival gauntlet of more than 100 levels of demon-crushing, boss-rushing action,” where you will face “five brutal bosses.” There will also be global leaderboards to recognise Bloody Palace’s number one demon slayer.

The mode will be available across all platforms, namely the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. You’ll have to complete the game once and download the update to access this mode, which the publisher describes as “very challenging.”

Devil May Cry will be available for the Xbox 360 and PS3 on January 15th, with the PC version following on January 25th.
