Developer 4J Studios has outlined the next additions to Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition, announcing that exciting features like the ability to brew potions and earn experience points are on the way with Title Update 7. If you’re looking to enjoy ‘The End,’ however, you’ll need to wait until the patch after that…
Here’s what’s going to be new in Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition with Title Update 7:
- Animal Breeding
- Potion Brewing
- Experience Points (earned by mining, smelting and breeding animals, with levels awarded every 30 points)
- Enchantment Table
- Mushroom Biome
- Nether Fortress
- New Tutorial World
- Snow Golems
- Magma Cubes
- Baby Animals
No date or further details were revealed for the title update, but it was revealed that spawn eggs, Iron Golems, Ocelots and jungles will be added in a future patch. What else is coming down the pipe for Minecraft on Xbox 360?
“We have a good bit more work to do on The End, and don’t want that to hold up TU7,” 4J Studios wrote in an update recently. “The End will be in TU8.”
