There aren’t too many action-adventure games on PS Vita at the moment so Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 Plus’ release next year can’t come soon enough.

Earlier this week Tecmo Koei released some screenshots showcasing the visual quality of the game’s cut-scenes, and now the publisher has unleashed no less than 18 new screens depicting Ryu, Rachel, Ayane and Momiji slicing and dicing the limbs off a variety of enemies.

The game is an enhanced port of the PS3 exclusive Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 and will be released on February 28th in Japan and later next year in the West.
