Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance demo out next week in Japan, new video showcases vicious combosWritten by: / / No Comments
This month may be a slow one for new game releases but thankfully certain publishers are giving us a chance to sample some of next year’s hottest titles over the next few weeks.
Konami Japan recently announced that a demo for Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance will be released on PS3 next Thursday, December 13th. The demo is the same one that was playable at the Tokyo Game Show and was also included as a bonus with the Zone of the Enders HD Collection. The sample features a VR mission that serves as a tutorial as well as a full level complete with a boss fight against a robotic dog known as Bladewolf.
Here’s some footage of Raiden performing a few fluid combos during the demo:
The demo has only been confirmed for Japan so far, but we’ll update you when we hear word of a Western release.
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance will be released for PS3 and Xbox 360 on February 19th in the US and February 21st in European territories.
