EA and BioWare have finally launched the pair’s latest piece of singleplayer downloadable content for Mass Effect 3, this time tasking you with returning to the “seedy and unsavoury levels” of the black market space station, Omega.
Available now on Xbox 360 via Xbox LIVE (1200 MS Points) and the US PlayStation Store ($14.99), and later today on the European PlayStation Store, the Omega DLC for Mass Effect 3 will see you fighting alongside Aria T’Loak while using “powerful weapons” and meeting all-new characters.
Here’s the story scoop:
“Cerberus agent Oleg Petrovsky and his squadron have seized the infamous black market trade post known as Omega. As its self-proclaimed rightful leader, the legendary biotic Aria T’Loak plots her revenge to reclaim her domain by teaming up with Commander Shepard and another mysterious ally.
“They must put aside their differences and fight side-by-side to defeat the Illusive Man’s reign over the space station and free the enslaved people of Omega.”
You’ll also get the N7 Valkyrie Assault Rifle and Chakram Launcher if you decide to purchase and download Omega (previously only available as pre-order items).
