As some Black Ops 2 player stats are reset, Treyarch is “looking into it”Written by: / / No Comments
Following a back-end server update by developer Treyarch to help improve Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, certain of the game’s players are reporting that their online statistics have been wiped clean.
Posting on the official Call of Duty forums, user Fxrrito wrote that his total score and game time have been reset, while rank and other leaderboards have been erased, too, including that for Zombie mode.
Treyarch has since taken to Twitter to acknowledge the problem, writing:
“Since this morning’s backend update, we’ve been made aware of leaderboard issues that some are having — we’re looking into it, stand by.”
“Currently working through server side issues re leaderboards…they’ll be re-enabled as soon as we’ve fixed the issue…stand by.”
Have you had your Black Ops 2 online stats reset? It’s not yet clear whether or not Treyarch will be able to fix the problem, but we hope the team can pull it off otherwise they’re going to have quite a mob on their hands…
