The Resistance franchise may be in hibernation mode at the moment but the three Resistance games released for PS3 nevertheless represent some of the top shooters of this generation.

These three games will soon be released in North America as part of the Resistance Collection, Sony has announced. The compilation will be released on December 5th for $39.99 and includes three Blu-ray discs with each game in its original form. Besides Resistance: Fall of Man, Resistance 2 and Resistance 3, the Resistance Collection also includes the following DLC:

• Resistance 2 Aftermath Multiplayer Map Pack
• Resistance 2 Skin Bundle
• Resistance 2 Wraith Skin multiplayer weapon
• Resistance 3 Brutality Pack
• Resistance 3 Survival Pack

Unfortunately the Resistance Collection has only be announced for the US at this stage, but we’ll update you if this changes.
