El33t’s Pre-W33kend Post: Bring the Birthday Times!

It’s been a very exciting week what with the launch of a new industry-stomping game, loads of new media for a bunch of awesome games, announcements flying with reckless abandon and the tenth anniversary of Xbox LIVE yesterday.

The good times aren’t set to stop this weekend, either, as we celebrate a few birthdays and play a bunch of brand new games, with pauses for fleeting moments of relaxation, too.

Let’s find out what members of El33tonline are up to this weekend with today’s Pre-W33kend Post, but we’re keen to hear what you have planned for the next two days, too:

Tom

“This weekend I’ll be catching up on some movies on my ‘to-watch’ list and playing Smart As on PS Vita for my upcoming review. I think there’s also rugby against Scotland this weekend so I’m definitely looking forward to catching that game.

Here’s hoping all of your weekends will be decidedly chilled affairs!”

Bryan

“It’s five and a half weeks until Christmas! It’s five and a half weeks until Christmas!

Don’t panic! Don’t Panic!

The sun is out in force and we can hope for an epic weekend of fun and sun; not really the weather to be cooped up indoors playing games. I have a family braai, some weekend work, and a rugby match to look forward to. If time permits, in the evenings I may tackle some Walking Dead. Besides that, I really should be getting my Christmas shopping done…”

“It’s my birthday, so that means friends and family all weekend long. Wishing you all a fabulous weekend too!”

Lisa

“After Pete’s big wedding bash last weekend, the festivities look set to continue this weekend with birthdays galore! Today it’s Wayne’s birthday and then tomorrow we’ll be celebrating Oliver’s! I foresee eating lots of cake ‒ hurray!

There’s also many games to be enjoyed this weekend. I’ve recently started playing Disney’s Epic Mickey 2 and so far the game has me hooked. I’ve also got F1 Race Stars, Black Ops II and Borderlands 2 lined up:anyone any closer on adding more hours to the weekend?

Have a good one p33ps. We have loads of new features and awesome competitions lined up for next week so be sure to pop in again soon!”

“It’s going to be friends, family and games for me this weekend, which all adds up to a whole lotta’ good times!

My my Life Bar Counter ticks up by one tomorrow, which means I can take more damage during boss fights, unlock another Perk and… welp, I’ve just given myself the creeps, so instead of all that I’ll just that it’s my birthday tomorrow. Howzat?
