EA has just announced that Star Wars: The Old Republic will be getting a Free-to-Play option next week.
The Free-to-Play option will be available on 15 November, and this will be simultaneous across all territories and countries where the game is available. Gamers will be able to experience all of the class storylines through to level 50 (the current level cap) at no charge, and the new Cartel Market.
If you’re a paying subscriber when the Free-to-Play option launches you will be granted all of the Complimentary Cartel Coins currently listed on the Cartel Coin Ledger page. You’ll also get a one-time grant of 250 Complimentary Coins.
The publisher has also extended the Rewards Program, if you’re a former subscriber and you reactive your subscription by 20 December you will be granted Complimentary Cartel Coins for your paid months up to 15 November.
