Assassin’s Creed III and AC III: Liberation are now available to purchase from the US PlayStation Store and Ubisoft has a few special bonuses for those of you who pick up the digital or physical version of both games.

As detailed on the PlayStation Blog, the following additional content will be made available when you connect AC III: Liberation on PS Vita to AC III on PS3:

• Exclusive Assassin’s Creed III wallpaper for PS3

• Aveline can use Connor’s trademark tomahawk

• Special multiplayer character to give you an edge on PS Vita

• Instant upgrade to Aveline’s ammunition pouches

• An entire mission playable as Connor!

To unlock these bonuses simply select “Connect to PS3 system” under the “Extras” section of AC III: Liberation’s main menu.
