Late yesterday, a Premium Edition of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim was outed on Amazon.de, complete with a price and a reveal of the collection of goodies included in the package.
Bethesda has since confirmed the existence of Skyrim: Premium Edition and its upcoming availability in Europe and the UK, but it looks as though this version of the game will contain zero downloadable content…
In Skyrim: Premium Edition, you’ll get all kinds of extras including a t-shirt, the official novel ‘The Infernal City,’ concept art postcard and a soundtrack disc.
There’s no official word on the inclusion of the recently released sets of Skyrim downloadable content, Dawnguard and Hearthfire, in the package, the most likely reason for which is that Bethesda is currently still working to get the DLC out for PlayStation 3 owners.
Have you already picked up Skyrim on your platform of choice? Or will this Premium Edition finally convince you to play it?
Do you think they should include the DLC with the Premium Edition, or is this simply another collector’s edition or glorified ‘Game of the Year’ edition?
