The eleventh edition of the regular DBNGamers get-togethers took place this past Saturday, October 27th, at Waxy’s in Westville, and it was once again great fun to hang out with an excellent group of local gamers and chill for an afternoon of conversation, food… and dancing.
DBNGamers’ Pieter de Bruyn put together a small Just Dance 4 setup for all of us to try, with prizes for performing a few demanding moves in front of the Kinect – we’ve got videos and photos of everybody jumping, gesticulating and jiving, don’t even worry about it:

(Apologies for the video warping – Youtube’s stabilisation technology helps, and hinders.)
Thanks to everybody for coming through to the latest DBNGamers meet-up, especially on such a dreary day and just before the big rugby match was set to take place. Durban may not have got the result we were hoping for there, but we made up for it with a relaxing afternoon.
See you next time! Until then, here is a collection of photos from the event, as well as a handful of videos captured as Matthew, Bryce, Cavie, Adam and others grooved to the beat of Just Dance 4:

And here’s a video submission by Erick Truter, featuring a dance battle between his wife (and Battlefield 3 player extraordinaire), Katja, and El33tonline friend and reader, Matthew:
