During rAge 2012, there was a constant buzz surrounding El33tonline and Afrihost’s Afril33t Stand thanks to all of the activities, competitions and giveaways we had planned out for the running of the show from October 5th to the 7th.

With prizes like Xbox 360s and Samsung devices up for grabs, planking challenges, treasure hunts, friendly staff to talk to and crowd toss giveaways every half an hour, there was never a dull moment at the Afril33t Stand!

Contributing to the excitement around Afrihost and El33tonline’s space at rAge 2012 were the regular FIFA 13 competitions run by Tom and Russell all throughout the weekend on one side of the stand.

On the other side of the Afril33t Stand, however, Peter and Sarah (with additional help from Russell and Oltman) were running regular Need For Speed: The Run contests – whoever set the fastest time within the allotted period won a limited edition Need For Speed: Most Wanted t-shirt!

Of course, there was a constant line of would-be speedsters who wanted to show their aptitude for racing around corners and slicing seconds off of previous runs – lots of shirts were won during rAge!
