The latest Media Create software chart sees Resident Evil 6 outselling World Soccer Winning Eleven 2013 (a.k.a. PES 2013) by a significant margin to take top spot. The Xbox 360 version of RE6 only accounted for 6.2% of the game’s opening tally, illustrating the gaping disparity between the popularity of Microsoft and Sony’s home consoles in Japan.
Other new entries this week include two new PSP RPGs – Summon Night 3 and Sol Trigger. Codemaster’s F1 2012 also makes an appearance in ninth position with 14 454 copies sold during its opening week.
